The pilot fell badly and hit his head in the accident, and when he arrived at the hospital, the doctors immediately found a cerebral edema, performing an emergency operation on his head, while Carles Falcon is currently in a coma. Overnight he was transferred to a Riyadh hospital where he will spend at least the next week awaiting further developments. The tests also revealed a fracture of the C2 vertebra, or in other words one of the vertebrae of the neck, which will be treated at the hospital in the Saudi capital,” the press release said.
