Ronaldo “grabs” three trophies at the “Globe Soccer Awards” and talks about the favorites in the Champion and the future
Cristiano Ronaldo knows neither age nor limits. The Portuguese star was the absolute protagonist at the “Globe Soccer Awards” ceremony. CR7 won three trophies, the best player in the Middle East, the best goalscorer of 2023 and the most loved player by the fans.
The best player of the year was declared Erling Haaland, while the best coach was Pep Guardiola. Ronaldo emphasized once again in his speech that he does not regret choosing Saudi Arabia because in his eyes the Saudi Pro League is stronger than Ligue 1.
Ronaldo was also asked about the favorites this edition of the Champions League:
“Man. City has been fantastic, I congratulate them for their work, the players, the coach, excellent. They finally won the Champions League, but maybe they deserved it two years ago. I like to watch them, I think that this year they have a chance to win, but there are also Real Madrid and Bayern Munich”, said Ronaldo, then focusing on the future:
“I don’t know, I live day by day. I had some problems, but now I see things differently. I feel good and will continue to play as long as I am able to score. I can still help the team and the representative”, added the Portuguese star, among other things.
