Carlos Alcaraz has managed to triumph in the Wimbledon grand final in tennis by defeating Serbian Novak Djokovic.
Although he lost the first set 1-6, the 20-year-old Spanish talent performed a miracle, achieving the great reversal. He found the necessary composure and combined it with speed yesterday, the class he possesses, to deliver a remarkable final. On the other hand, Novak Djokovic was very nervous in this final. He argued with the judge, and at one point even destroyed the racket.
The Spaniard won the second set with a narrow score of 7-6, while the game went completely in his favor when he easily took the third set 6-1. The Serbian tennis player, who is number two in the world, won the fourth set 3-6, while in the end, Carlos Alcaraz sealed the victory in this final by winning the fifth set 6-4.
For the number one in the world, this was the first triumph at Wimbledon and with the performance shown in this final, we can safely say that tennis now has a new king.
