Spice Girls to reunite after 11 years, Victoria Beckham finally agrees
It seems that the famous group Spice Girls, better known as Spices, will be together again for a project, because Mel B has confirmed it to The Sun.
This will be their first meeting in 11 years, since their iconic performance at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics in 2012.
Victoria Beckham did not want to join her co-stars on their UK tour in 2019, saying at the time that she was too busy with her clothing brand.
But Mel now says Victoria has agreed to take the mic again.
“My theory is that if I do it enough times, something will happen. We plan to make a public statement. What’s in play I can’t say right now because we’re just finalizing the final arrangements on what we’re going to do together. All I can say is that it’s going to be something the fans are really going to love,” says Mel B. .
When asked how Victoria was convinced to return, she said: “It’s not a matter of convincing her.” I mean, we’ve always been in touch somehow. It’s not that we don’t talk. We have a group chat on WhatsApp.”
Mel says Victoria has been very busy with her fashion line in recent years and has been supportive of her husband David Beckham and his career.
Of course, he says, there are also obligations regarding children. “It’s just a matter of finding the right time,” says Mel.
Although Mel did not want to reveal details yet, the British media speculate that it is about a concert in Glastonbury.
