Radical changes: WhatsApp will never be the same again
One of the most popular messaging apps, WhatsApp, is introducing major changes.
Although new features are constantly being added to this app, this is a major innovation – perhaps the biggest yet.
That is, WhatsApp will soon become “open” to third-party applications as well.
This means that you will be able to communicate directly from WhatsApp with people who use Viber, Signal or another similar application.
Meta, the company behind this application, decided to use this feature because of the new law that will be implemented in the European Union, reports noa.al.
WhatsApp, belongs to the group of main applications, so it is subject to the strictest rules that it must respect.
There is no set date for this feature yet, except that it is known to be coming soon.
What is known now is that messages from other applications will not appear like others, but in a separate inbox.
