Thousands of subscribers of the mobile phone company ONE Albania woke up this morning with their mobile phones locked and out of order.

The company has been accused once again of scandals with services and offers and recharges, since 06.00 this Thursday morning they have faced the unannounced shutdown of their phones.

What is unacceptable for subscribers is the fact that there is no official notification from “One Albania” regarding the situation and it is unclear if the system encountered problems.But what is a fact is that this Thursday every mobile number of this operator is in total “black out”.

Such a thing is also confirmed on social networks, where revolts and accusations have erupted against the company that some journalists describe as “thieves”.

A strong reaction comes from the journalist Isa Myzyraj, who calls on the state to take measures, as he says, if he had it in his hands, he would send the army to this company.

“If I had anything in hand, I would have sent the army to confiscate “One Albania”. The situation is so alarming.

A thieving company that steals +5,000 ALL per month just for internet, do you have a switchboard on the phone?And I leave you without any communication in the morning”, says journalist Isa Myzyraj.

Meanwhile, journalist Leonard Olli comes with a denunciation of the situation from Korça.

“I don’t know about other cities, but in Korçë One.Al I had a day off today….. In fact, it’s not bad, why do we need mobile phones today, we need to get rid of our dependence on them…It would be nice to have some kind of announcement as customers, but let’s not deal with details….. They say that the customer is king… they say, but…”, says journalist Leonard Olli with irony.

The company’s only response through the numbers it has made available for complaints is an automated message that comes to the phone saying there is nothing to worry about as “your experience will improve”.

“Hello. We inform you that in order to improve our systems we are performing some technical interventions, which may affect your services. We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter, but we assure you that your experience will improve very soon.

Thank you for your understanding!”, says the company.

But even in this case, this answer goes only to those who send the concern with the “Whatsapp” application.
