A 16th-century philosopher predicted that King Charles’ reign could come to an early end this year following the shock news of his and Kate Middleton’s cancer.

Nostradamus, who predicted events including 9/11 and the cost of living crisis, wrote 942 predictions about the future in his book Les Propheties in 1555.

He wrote that drama could be on the cards for the royal family in 2024, saying “The King could be forced out”. The book says: The King of the Isles forcibly expelled, replaced by one who will have no sign of king.

The expert Mario Reading analyzed the passage and interpreted it: Because they did not approve of his divorce, a man they later considered unworthy, the people will expel the king of the islands. He will replace a man who never expected to be king.’

Nostradamus predicted the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022 and the exact age of her death. “Queen Elizabeth II will die, at the age of about 96,” Nostradamus said, according to analyst Mario Reading.

But Nostradamus has predicted the King could abdicate, with Prince Harry set to take the throne despite now being fifth in line.

The prediction comes as King Charles continues his cancer treatment. He underwent a procedure for an enlarged prostate when doctors discovered the cancer. But Buckingham Palace has not confirmed what kind of cancer it is, only that it is in the prostate.

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton continues to undergo preventive cancer treatment, which was discovered after abdominal surgery in January. She and William were said to be overwhelmed by the outpouring of support as she continues treatment.

Kensington Palace said: The Prince and Princess are both extremely touched by the kind messages from people here in the UK, across the Commonwealth and around the world in response to Her Royal Highness’ message.
