Putin: Russia does not want a military conflict with the USA
“Russia is ready for any scenario, but does not want a direct military clash with the US.”
This is what Russian President Vladimir Putin said, writes Tass.
“We are always ready for any scenario, but no one wants this, and with the initiative of the American side, we once created a special mechanism to prevent these conflicts. Our heads of certain departments communicate directly with each other, have the opportunity to consult on any crisis situation. This shows that no one wants a clash,” Putin told reporters.
According to the Russian side, since the beginning of this year, the aviation of the international coalition led by the US has made 23 dangerous approaches to the planes of the Russian Air Force in the sky above Syria, while the drones have violated the safety of the flight in Syria 340 times.
On July 27 alone, pro-US anti-terrorist coalition warplanes violated Syrian airspace eight times.
