Citizens and subscribers of ONE Albania have been complaining continuously for months about the service offered by this mobile company, the lack of telephone and internet service and the abusive tariffs it has set after the merger with the other operator Albtelekom.

However, it seems that these complaints have fallen on deaf ears and no one is reacting. Or more precisely, the Albanian institutions have “closed their mouths” for the mobile company that promised innovation with the new entry into the market, but has been putting subscribers in a big mess for months.

Young investors moved away from western systems and opted for an Indian operating system, which could not handle the load, being inexperienced and for third world countries, thus leaving thousands of citizens across the country without service. After more than two months, it was decided that the so-called unification with Albtelekom should be done manually by the users themselves.

Here, too, ONE Albania deceived its own citizens and subscribers, promising better, more economical offers and better quality service.

But what happened? The offers of this mobile company obviously became more expensive than they were before, even more than the other company whose shares it bought, Albtelekom. Citizens constantly complain and have requested the intervention of institutions, such as AKEP, due to abusive tariffs. Well-known media voices have joined these concerns, but so far without results.

Newsbomb.al has devoted several articles to this problem and the complaints of citizens and subscribers of ONE Albania, hoping for a reaction from the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority and the Competition Authority, but it seems that they have “shut their mouths”.

The citizens’ concerns that we have written about are easily found on the official account of One Albania on Facebook. As soon as the company makes an announcement or advertises “quality” service, it receives hundreds of criticisms about the service and payments. But Facebook is not like the Albanian institutions, as there the subscribers bluntly express their concerns.

The mobile company tries from time to time to delete the comments of citizens and subscribers. Today we have caught some of them, in a new post that One Albania has made on the Facebook account, still not “destroyed” by the team dealing with the marketing of the mobile company, writes Newsbomb.
